Website - Click to visit online preview of site
The National Glass Centre is based in Sunderland
and is a popular tourist attraction.
The old glass centre website was seen as to
artistic and difficult to navigate, failing
to provide visitors with the information they
were looking for in an easily digested format.
The re-development included a full interactive
tour section which allows visitors to view key
areas of the glass centre, including its unique
glass roof. The idea was to give visitors a
feel of what the centre was all about and what
they were likely to expect from a visit.
The e-commerce section of the site is presently
in development and will allow visitors to buy
a range of gifts from the glass centre shop.

What the Client Said
"The National Glass Centre had a
web site but one which the (new) chief
executive felt was too arty and not relevent
to the majority of visitors.
The work of 3k was known to the Chief
Executive and they were asked to completely
redesign the site. This has been achieved
and is exactly what was required. The
site includes a virtual visit element,
will include a section for ecommerce and
an events page which we, at NGC, can update.
3K have been creative, have given us what
we wanted and have provided ongoing support.
We would use 3K again."

Preston - Chief Executive
